This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The purpose of this application is to help the company manage workforce operations, including employee attendance tracking, shift monitoring, and real-time location reporting during active work tasks. Only company administrators and authorized managers can view the data collected through this app.
If you need your account to be created, modified, or deleted, please contact your manager or company administrator directly.
Below is a plain-language explanation of every type of data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used within the company.
Why: Your location is used to verify that you are at the correct work site when you start or end a shift, and to monitor your position during active work tasks assigned by the company.
Who sees it: Only your employer and authorized company managers. Your location data is never shared with any third party or made public.
When: Location is only actively tracked when you have an active task or shift running in the app. It is not tracked during your personal time outside of work hours.
Why: The app needs to continue tracking your location even if you switch to another app or lock your phone screen during a work shift. This ensures accurate attendance records and uninterrupted work-hour monitoring throughout your shift.
Who sees it: Only your employer and authorized company managers.
Why: Android devices normally put apps to sleep to save battery. For this app, we request an exemption from battery optimization so that the location service stays running reliably during your entire work shift without being interrupted by the operating system. Without this, your location updates may stop mid-shift, causing inaccurate attendance records.
This does not mean the app runs 24/7. It only stays active during an open work shift or active task.
Why: The app sends you notifications related to your work, such as shift start/end reminders, new task assignments, and attendance confirmations. These notifications help you stay informed about your work schedule.
You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings, though this may cause you to miss important work updates.
Why: The app allows you to take or upload a photo to set your profile picture inside the app. This helps managers identify employees within the system.
Your photos are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with third parties.
Why: If your device restarts during an active work shift, this permission allows the app to automatically restart its location tracking service so that your attendance record is not interrupted by an unexpected reboot.
Why: The app uses vibration to alert you when you receive an important notification, such as a new task assignment or a shift reminder.
Why: Your basic personal information is used to create and manage your employee account within the app. This allows the system to identify you, assign tasks to you, and maintain accurate work records under your name.
This information is only accessible to company administrators and is never shared with outside parties.
